Overview
We deliver cloud migrations with an SRE mindset and business continuity focus. We start with assessment and dependency mapping, define a secure landing zone with networking, identity and observability from day zero, and automate deployments with IaC and pipelines. We plan functional and performance tests, verify compatibility and sizing, and prepare a zero downtime cutover with a clear rollback plan. After migration we activate governance and FinOps to optimize cost and capacity with visible metrics.
Full scope: lift and shift of virtual machines, app refactor, managed databases, object and block storage, L4 and L7 load balancing, CDN and WAF, corporate identity integration, production observability and multi account governance. We work in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud and in hybrid and multi cloud scenarios.
Project and technical telemetry: milestone progress, execution velocity, open defects, blocked rate, p95 and p99 latency before and after, error rate, CPU and memory, throughput, on prem baseline cost versus cloud cost and capacity forecast. Shared dashboards and full change traceability.
Smart alerts for cutover readiness, failed tests, security gaps, budget thresholds, deviation versus planned RTO and component saturation. Severity based escalation with owners and maintenance windows.
